BLUE VALLEY CABINETS INC is Hiring a Remote Inside sales rep

Position Overview : We are seeking an experienced Inside / Outside Cabinet Sales Representative to join our seasoned sales team.

This role requires a deep understanding of the cabinet industry and a proven track record of successful sales, both in-person and remotely.

The ideal candidate will excel at building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities :

  • Utilize your expertise in cabinet sales to drive revenue growth through both inside and outside sales activities.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with contractors, interior designers, and other industry professionals to generate leads and referrals.
  • Conduct on-site visits and consultations with clients to assess their cabinet needs and provide expert recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop customized cabinet solutions that meet the unique requirements of each client.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive proposals and quotes, clearly articulating the value proposition of our products and services.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Effectively manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing, utilizing CRM software to track and prioritize opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring a seamless experience for clients from initial contact to installation.

Qualifications :

  • Proven track record of success in cabinet sales, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of cabinet materials, construction methods, and design principles.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with a robust professional network in the construction and design industries.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, both verbal and written.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and site visits.
